Blade is made of 1095 high carbon folded steel (folded 10 times) and has been differentially hardened and clay tempered showing a hamon. The blade is hand sharpened and polished and is razor sharp.

Full tang construction double Mekugi (peg)

Top quality black ishime saya with real rayskin and horn fitting on saya.

Tsuka (Handle) is covered in top quality real rayskin with black cotton ito wrapping over top of the rayskin.

Tsuba (guard) is black iron; other fittings are made of copper.

This katana come with a sword bag and a sword box (yellow/gold color sword bag and fabric red box)
